6th Annual Motor Roundup + Pumps: Drawing Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase is not required to obtain any available entry opportunity. Each drawing has a free-entry route. Free and service entries have equal weight within their respective drawing.

Dates and time zone

The entry-request period opens October 12, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and closes January 31, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. Qualifying service work must be completed by January 31, 2027. There is no separate advance scheduling cutoff. An otherwise eligible customer remains eligible if an APD or parts delay prevents completion by that date; APD must document the delay before reconciling the drawing. A web inquiry does not confirm scheduling or award a service entry. Referral entries follow the separate referral section below. Free-entry requests must be received by January 31, 2027 and require no equipment or service. APD will reconcile all eligible requests before the random drawing on February 5, 2027 (time to be confirmed). Mountain Time means America/Boise, observing daylight saving time when applicable. Sponsor's recorded receipt time controls online deadlines.

Eligibility

Open to natural persons who are legal residents of Idaho, Wyoming or Montana and at least 21 years old when entering. Entrants must be legally eligible to receive the prize, subject to the licensed dealer's required checks. APD employees, owners, promotion administrators, their immediate family members and members of their households are excluded. Immediate family means spouse, parent, child or sibling. One individual must be identified as the entrant for equipment owned by a company; a business entity is not an entrant. A referrer receiving entries must meet the same eligibility requirements. Void outside Idaho, Wyoming and Montana and where prohibited.

Ways to enter

Service entries

Qualifying service may be motor-only, pump-only, or motor and pump work. Motors must be rated 50 HP or more. Agricultural turbine pumps qualify regardless of horsepower. Submersible pumps and residential/domestic pumps are excluded. These equipment restrictions do not prevent an otherwise eligible individual from entering for free.

Complete qualifying motor or pump work with APD between October 12, 2026 and January 31, 2027, except for documented APD or parts delays. The office verifies eligibility and the authorized work in Service Fusion before qualifying an entry.

Each qualifying motor earns one entry in the motor/rifle drawing. Each qualifying pump earns one entry in the pump/pistol drawing. Motor-and-pump work earns one entry in each drawing. Pump-only work qualifies for the pump/pistol drawing.

Each physical motor or pump is counted once. Repeat estimates, invoices, callbacks or resubmissions do not create extra entries. Cancelled or fully refunded qualifying service is removed from service-entry totals, without removing independently valid free entries.

Free entries into both drawings

Use the Motor Roundup free-entry form during the same October 12, 2026 through January 31, 2027 entry period. Provide your first and last name, phone, email, full address, accurate details demonstrating eligibility under these rules.

Each valid free-entry request earns one entry in the motor/rifle drawing and one entry in the pump/pistol drawing. No purchase, payment, equipment ownership, service appointment, referral or marketing consent is required. An optional, genuine friend recommendation earns one additional entry in each drawing after APD verifies the recommendation and permission to share the details. Neither person needs to purchase service. Each distinct friend counts once per entrant; repeat submissions, duplicate phone numbers or duplicate email addresses do not earn repeated friend bonuses. Self-referrals do not qualify.

There is no total entry cap. Eligible individuals may submit additional deliberate free-entry requests during the entry period to access both drawings without purchasing service. Technical retries of the same request ID count once. Automated submissions, fabricated identities and submissions for another person without their permission are prohibited. Contact APD during the entry period for assistance if you cannot use the form.

Within each drawing, all verified entries have the same weight regardless of entry method.

Referral entries

The person submitting the service request must provide the referrer’s first name, last name and phone on the original request. APD verifies the original attribution and the referrer’s eligibility. Later-added referral claims and self-referrals do not qualify.

When a person submits the original service request form naming a referrer, the eligible referrer receives one entry in the motor/rifle drawing after attribution and eligibility verification. The type or amount of work does not add referral entries.

The optional friend section of the free-entry form is a recommendation of someone who may need APD’s services. It is not a claim that the friend referred the entrant, earns the verified friend bonus described above, and does not subscribe either person to marketing. No friend information is required for free entry.

Prizes

Motor/rifle drawing: one Rossi R95 Stainless .45 Colt rifle.

Pump/pistol drawing: one Springfield Hellcat Pro OSP 9mm Gear Pack, including the case and magazines shown in the prize image.

Two separate drawings

On February 5, 2027, APD will reconcile and freeze two entry lists: motor/rifle and pump/pistol. APD will randomly select a potential winner for each prize from that prize’s eligible entries. The winner’s referrer does not automatically receive a prize.

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries in each respective drawing. APD records the entry lists, totals, selection method, results and alternates. Limit one prize per person.

Notice and claiming

APD contacts potential winners by their supplied phone and/or email within two business days after the draw. Potential winners have five calendar days after first documented notice to respond. APD makes at least two reasonable contact attempts. If there is no timely response, identity/eligibility cannot be verified, the entrant declines, or the entrant cannot lawfully receive the prize, that prize is forfeited and an alternate is selected under the same drawing procedure.

A verified winner must coordinate transfer with the licensed dealer within 30 calendar days after eligibility confirmation. A dealer-directed legal delay may be documented and extended as permitted by law; no firearm is released until all legal requirements are met. APD cannot override a dealer denial, facilitate transfer through a proxy, or promise an alternative firearm for an ineligible person.

Dealer transfer

Firearm fulfillment is handled through a licensed dealer. The dealer handles required identification, ATF Form 4473, applicable background checks and federal, state and local transfer requirements. Wyoming and Montana winners may require transfer through a dealer in their home state, depending on the firearm and applicable law. Firearms-eligibility documents are not collected through the marketing form.

Verification and administration

APD may verify identity, residency, age, source dates, equipment identity and original referral records. Incomplete, late, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible submissions may be excluded with a documented reason. Good-faith technical retries do not create duplicate entries or disqualify a valid original entry. APD must not charge to enter, require marketing consent, or favor entries based on spending.

If a material technical problem compromises the drawing, APD will preserve records and obtain appropriate review before extending, modifying or cancelling it. No discretionary rule change may silently reduce valid entries or eliminate an otherwise eligible winner. Applicable law controls. These rules do not limit nonwaivable consumer rights.

Privacy, service and platforms

Entry details are used to administer and verify this drawing. Marketing permission is separate and optional. The free-entry form sends an email receipt and office notifications, not an entrant SMS confirmation. Sensitive identity, tax and firearm-transfer records are handled only through the appropriate verification/dealer process. Request drawing information or the winners' names by calling APD after selection; disclose only appropriate winner information, not contact details or eligibility documents.

Regular service, removal, mobilization and approved work charges apply. Reinstallation labor is included for qualifying pump repairs; regular mobilization charges apply. Repaired pumps are reinstalled when work is complete. An on-site spring readiness check is included. Payment is due upon completion of work. Motor storage is coordinated individually and is not a blanket campaign benefit. APD's existing warranty governs service; this drawing does not extend it. Participation does not confirm a service appointment.
