6th Annual Motor Roundup: Service Inquiry Terms

Your service request

Submitting this form asks American Pump & Drilling (APD) to contact you about motor or pump service. It does not authorize work, confirm an appointment or confirm verified drawing entries. APD will discuss the requested scope, charges and timing with you. Additional work requires your approval.

Pricing and scope

Regular service, labor and mobilization charges apply to the work you request and approve. Evaluations are not advertised as free. Pump removal is optional. APD will confirm any job-specific installation arrangements, payment terms or other benefits before you authorize the work.

Warranty

APD’s existing warranty conditions apply. Review the coverage and exclusions and discuss equipment-specific questions with APD. This inquiry does not create a new or extended warranty.

Giveaway information

Service and referral entry eligibility, deadlines and prizes are governed by the published drawing rules. Motors under 50 HP are welcome for service.

Referral details

Referral details are optional. If someone referred you, include their first name, last name and phone number on this original request so APD can review the referral. Providing these details does not enroll that person in marketing messages. An eligible, verified referrer receives one motor/rifle drawing entry when named on the original service request, as described in the drawing rules.

Contact and acceptance

Provide accurate contact and equipment information. APD uses your submission to handle your service request and records the original details, terms version, submission reference and acceptance time. The acceptance checkbox is required. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing texts.

By accepting these terms and submitting a service inquiry, you agree to receive APD’s Motor Roundup education emails, including pump-service information, referral information and payment-option follow-ups. These emails are scheduled for approximately 2, 5 and 9 days after your inquiry, subject to campaign timing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email. Existing email unsubscribe preferences remain in effect. This agreement does not enroll a referrer or subscribe you to marketing texts.
